Service centres

If you have a warranty claim, proceed as follows:

1. Find out whether the equipment manufacturer has an authorised service centre in Estonia. Use the drop-down menu below to find a list of service centres.
2. If you send a defective item to a service centre, please append the following information:
   1. A copy of the product invoice received from Galador Grupp OÜ;
   2. A brief description of the technical problem, incl. how and when it was discovered;
   3. Valid contact details (first and last name, address, telephone, and e-mail address).

If necessary or if an authorised service centre is not listed for a particular manufacturer, please request additional information by calling us at +372 655 1300 or send e-mail to rma@galador.ee.
