Warranty information

  1. Some product sold in the online shop can be subject to a warranty against defects, offered by the manufacturer or important (hereinafter also collectively referred to as “guarantor”). If a warranty against defects is offered, the product information in the online shop includes a respective note, incl. the warranty period.

    The absence of a note on warranty against defects or a specified warranty period under the product information in the online shop does not necessarily mean that the product is not covered by warranty. In this case, please make a query regarding the applicability and/or period of warranty against defects by sending an email to galador@galador.ee. Before the Seller’s confirmation of the applicability and/or period of warranty against defects, made in a format which can be reproduced in writing (e.g., by email), the Buyer is advised to assume that the product in question is not covered by warranty.

  2. As the warranty against defects is not provided by the Seller, the warranty is first and foremost subject to the warranty conditions established by the guarantor. The warranty conditions established by the guarantor have primacy over any conditions on this information page.

  3. Subject to receiving a respective request from the Buyer via email or telephone, the Seller shall inform the Buyer of the name and address of the warranty provider, the person to be contacted to exercise the rights arising from the warranty, the rights granted to the Buyer under the warranty, the procedure for exercising the rights arising from the warranty, and the scope of the warranty.

  4. Notwithstanding the fact that a warranty against defects is first and foremost subject to the warranty conditions established by the guarantor, the Buyer shall rely on the following assumptions:

    1. The warranty period commences upon actual delivery of the product to the Buyer;
    2. The warranty against defects grants the Buyer the right to request, at first, the repair of the product within the warranty period;
    3. A product repaired or replaced under a warranty is subject to the same warranty until the expiry of the respective period;
    4. In case of product repair, the warranty period will not be extended by the duration of product repair.

  5. The warranty against defects does not exclude or limit the Buyer’s right to pursue other legal remedies established by laws or by the Seller’s Terms and Conditions.

Please note! The Seller does not provide the products sold in the online shop with a Seller’s warranty against defects.
