Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

If something you ordered doesn't suit you, as a consumer you can return most items within 14 days. Below is how returns work and when you'll get your refund.

  • Refund: to your bank account, within 14 days of us receiving your request.

How to return an item

  1. Tell us within 14 days of receiving the item. Submit the withdrawal form (or email us) and say whether you want a refund or an exchange. If the item is faulty, note it on the form and add a photo.
  2. Pack it. The item must be complete (all accessories and packaging), unused, with the original packaging undamaged and resaleable. Mark the parcel with the product name.
  3. Send it to our Tallinn office promptly. You cover the return shipping.
  4. Get your refund. We pay the purchase price to your bank account within 14 days of receiving your request, once the item is back with us (or you've sent proof of dispatch).

If the item or its packaging comes back damaged or used beyond normal in-shop inspection, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

What can't be returned under the 14-day right

  • Software, computer games, or audio/video recordings once the packaging is opened.
  • Health/hygiene items once unsealed (shavers, headphones, epilators, toothbrushes, etc.) or items with clear signs of use.
  • Custom or made-to-order items produced to your specification.
  • Other items excluded by law.
