Benefits of Click & Grow Lime Basil:
We love the basil family with its many varieties. Lime basil is a close variety of lemon basil, with a zesty flavor and sweet citrus aroma true to its name. It has all the same benefits and uses as basil in general, so you can use it similarly in drinks and dishes. However, lime basil always adds a unique citrus twist to a dish. That's what makes it so special.
Lime basil likes cutting. You can start trimming your plants about a month after planting. You can remove individual pages from time to time. For more successful growth, it is recommended to pinch off the entire tip - it will grow two new stems within a week.
- Basil is an excellent source of vitamins and antioxidants
- Basil is great for drying
