While a heated build platform is not necessary for PLA prints, setting it to around 60 degrees can be beneficial. If your 3D printer is equipped with a fan, it is advisable to use it during printing. To ensure the first layer adheres well, consider applying a thin layer of glue from a water-washable glue stick or using blue masking tape to enhance adhesion.
