Usage:
- Rest for 5 min. before the blood pressure measurement
- Sit down and put your left hand in front of you on a flat surface such as a desk or table
- Place the wrist cuff to be able to properly read the measurement of blood pressure on the LCD
- Put the cuff on bare arm, 1-2cm above the elbow
- The cuff should be placed on the same level as the heart
- The cuff must be neither too tight nor too loose
- Do not move the arm during the measurement
- Measure the blood pressure on the same arm
- Make measurement at the same time of each day
