Ajax uartBridge Wireless integration module

The Ajax uartBridge is an interface module designed to integrate Ajax wireless detectors and devices into third-party wired security systems. It acts as a converter, allowing signals from Ajax devices to be transmitted to central control panels via a UART interface. It is ideal for cases where it is necessary to expand an existing wired system with Ajax wireless functionality without replacing the entire infrastructure.

The uartBridge module can support up to 80 Ajax devices. It differs from ocBridge Plus in that it is designed for integration via a serial port (UART), which provides more detailed data exchange about device status (e.g., alarm, tamper, battery level). The module uses Ajax's proprietary Jeweller radio technology, ensuring stable and encrypted two-way communication with devices up to 2000 meters in open space.

Configuration and parameter settings are performed using a computer and special software, ensuring precise adaptation to the requirements of the third-party system. uartBridge is an effective solution to expand the capabilities of wired systems with the advantages of Ajax wireless security solutions – fast installation, reliability, and modern design.
